two organizations, one purpose

Few forces have such potential for personal growth, transcending divisions within and among ourselves, and revitalizing our planet than transformational travel.

Given our hybrid structure (the for-profit TTC and non-profit TTI) we’re uniquely positioned to shepherd travel and tourism into the future and broaden our impact

what we do

As the global leader in transformational travel, we are building a thriving member community and delivering transformative education, training, and events that harness the power of transformational travel, regenerative development, and human connection that will change the world.

programs and experiences

  • This thoughtfully designed learning program provides travel professionals with the perspectives and resources they need to create more intentional, conscious, and impactful experiences. Offering 3 different formats to suit learning style and time to invest.

  • Through our customizable Accreditation Programs Destination Regeneration and Destination Transformation, you will be committing to promoting tourism ecology and conscious design, while supporting local economies and elevating the well-being of residents and visitors alike.

  • We’re elevating our alumni, their businesses, and the lives they touch to their highest potential. Our members are incentivized to expand learning through courses, workshops and gatherings, including our annual gathering, Transcend.

  • Shifting mindsets and igniting change in your experience strategy, design, and guest journey, as well as, planting the seeds of conscious leadership and regenerative development.

foundational framework

Rooted in positive psychology, mythology, neuroscience, deep ecology, and spiritual transcendence our rigorously designed foundational framework shifts travel from a passive and consumptive experience to an active and life-enriching practice that continually fosters inner development and outer impact.

By asking contemplative questions before, during, and post-travel, you’re able to improve yourself, deepen your understanding of your relationships and change your way of seeing and being in the world

They change their sky, but not their soul, who rush across the sea.
— Phil Cousineau Author "Art of the Pilgrimage," and TTC Advisor,
